Cranston Engineering Group collaborated with Meybohm Real Estate in the development of the latest urban office building for the real estate company in Evans, Georgia.

The 58,000-square-foot building serves as the cornerstone for The Plaza at the Evans Towne Center, making the office stand out among its neighboring offices within the CSRA. Meybohm Real Estate and Columbia County has considered the mixed-use building as a partnership in creating a community gathering space. The Plaza is set to include additional office and retail buildings, a parking deck, a multi-functional field area and farmers market, and a 2,200 seat performing arts center.

Cranston Engineering Group consulted on the building site plan, building structural engineering design, roadway and parking design of the plaza, roadway design of the new Evans Town Center (ETC) Boulevard and gateway to the ETC park, and the civil and structural engineering design of the Columbia County Performing Arts Center, which is currently under construction.

Meybohm Real Estate celebrated the opening of the Evans office with a ribbon-cutting event on Wednesday, September 19, 2018.

The office location is at 7025 Evans Town Center Blvd., Evans, GA 30809.
