Cranston Engineering Group is pleased to welcome Jacques Palmer to the team. Palmer will serve under the Municipal Design Group as the Senior Construction Inspector. He has been a construction inspector since 1980 working at various projects throughout the southeast and has compiled an impressive record of field experience and training as an inspector. He is thoroughly qualified in all aspects of civil projects to include road and drainage system construction, with specialized experience in flood control and drainage system rehabilitation projects.
Mr. Palmer is responsible for the inspection and construction administration of a wide variety of Municipal, Commercial, and Residential developments. He is also assigned to perform site inspections for the National Pollution and Detection Elimination System (NPDES) to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Locals programs.
Mr. Palmer attended Columbia College of Missouri, holds a Level II Certification as a Certified Plan Reviewer for the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission, and is the Past President (2209-2010) of the Southeast Stormwater Association. He strives to ensure client goals are met to produce a consistent and viable product through set guidelines and inspection procedures.
